Veronica’s Instruction Approach

Veronica is eager to create a welcoming learning environment to invite all interested to arrive to the present moment to honor themselves for what they are in the here and now; and to accept and love themselves at each breaking moment of their daily existence by embracing their full potential with an aligned posture, a full yogi breath and all the blessings of moving forward in a framework of peace and calmness. Veronica is always willing to listen to the diverse needs within her classes and strives to tailor her instruction to accommodate those needs.

She welcomes all interested to try out one of her classes to experience firsthand the results of being an active participant in creating a stress-free and balanced life. The ultimate purpose of her instruction is to enrich and bless our community with the many health benefits of Yoga. And let there are be no excuses to commit to a path of health and inner peace: It is a myth “that you need to be flexible to do yoga.”
