Kids Yoga at SchoolAre kids getting more and more stressed out during the school year? Are children, tweens and teens showing the signs of stress, anger, frustration and social/peer pressure in their everyday challenging consequent behaviors? Do they have the skills and the tools to cope with the many stressors and pressures of today’s fast paced life?
The reality is that children’s life is mixed with loud, fast, in-your-face videogames and constant visual stimulation constantly bombarding their existence. They are constantly reacting on automatic pilot to their frustration and getting out of control depicting all sorts of challenging attitudes and bahaviours.

it’s no wonder! Kids are overscheduled and becoming burned out at much too young an age. As educators, caregivers and children-centered educational institutions and centers, what can we do about this? The answer is simple. Teach them to skills, provide them with the appropriate stress-coping skills they need to succeed in life and to embrace their full potential at all levels by becoming, self-directing and controlled, grounded, calm, relaxed individuals.
